Dear Shakun.

Thanks for your enlightening e-mails. Keep up the good work. We have a lot to learn from you. Shakun you asked for some stories. I do not have any at the moment. I will share with you when I do have some. I do want to share with you some of my thoughts, though. As my beloved Guradev has instructed us to take up a thought as we wake up first thing in the morning, I have been trying to do it. I also in my evening appointment with God, sit and write whatever comes to my mind, explaining the thought that I woke up with that morning. Not always am I able to do justice to the thought that comes, with my puny intellect I try to do the best I can. As I continue to write to you from time to time (if, you so wish) you will see sometimes I even fight or argue with God. Sometimes it is a plea as the author of the thought pleads with Him. As a sample here goes:-

THOUGHT RECEIVED ON JUNE 7TH WAS:-

TERAA BHAARAAN MEETHAA LAAGEY, NAAM PADAARATH NANAK MAANGEY!

The explanation in my broken words, "Lord, whatever Thou sendest me, tastes sweet to me." 

I ,cannot however in absolute truth declare that, this statement is the truth, in my case. I try God, that much I can say! I forget quite often, but as soon as I do remember, that I am not accepting everything you send to me, as your Prasad, I  make another attempt to accept it in the right spirit. It is with a lot of struggling that I achieve some success, though very minute. I try to smile as I accept that which you have sent. Lord, I am asking for the Grace and the gift of the Lord's name, declares Nanak. I, too ask you for the gift of the Name Divine. By your Grace when you do bestow the gift of the Name Divine and it becomes my most prized and cherished possession, that would be my biggest asset, then nothing else would matter for you would have given me the world!

Please dear Lord! Make me NOTHING, make me want NOTHING ELSE, DESIRE NOTHING ELSE ,LOVE NOTHING, NOBODY EXCEPT YOU LORD, AND YOUR LOTUS-FEET!
